Broccoli gratin RecipeIngredients (4 servings)
–    3-4 bunch of broccoli
–    4-5 cloves of garlic
–    juice from one lemon
–    125 grams grated cheese
–    Oil

Wash the broccoli florets and let them to drain. Now you can trim the florets to any size you like. For roasting and braising, keep the florets large.

Take a pan big enough for the broccoli florets are quite bulky, and put aluminum foil in it and add a little bit of oil. We place the broccoli florets into the pan, sprinkle them with a little oil, salt and pepper.

Put the garlic cloves cut into pieces or crushed. Then we put the pan in hot oven for 20 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and slightly brown on the edge.
