Coleslaw salad Recipe 1
Ingredients (2 large servings)
– 1/2 (500g) small cabbage, shredded
– 2-3 medium carrots, peeled, grated
– 100-120 g light mayonnaise
– 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
– few stalks of celery (optional)
– salt and pepper

Method:
Place the cabbage and the grated carrots into a large bowl. Toss to combine. Mix the mayonnaise with the apple cider vinegar and the finely chopped celery stalks. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve.Coleslaw salad Recipe
