Ingredients (4-5 servings)
-5-6 tablespoons of oil
-6 cloves of garlic
-a bunch of dill
-salt, vinegar, oil
Peel and cut the zucchini into large cubes.
Salt them and let them sit like this for an hour. Heat the few tablespoons of oil in a saucepan or deep pot with lid and put the water drained zucchini and fry them.
After that we can remove them from the saucepan and we can sprinkle the finely chopped dill and garlic.
We can serve both warm and cold.This dish is great next to a barbecue or roast chicken thighs.
