1. Homemade Berry-Yogurt Mask – keep your face radiant
Berries – yes, I know that it are not in the market now, but those at supermarket, frozen, are equally good for both your diet and complexion. Buy a cup of berries, mix them with a little fat yogurt and apply it on the face and neck. You will have a natural glow! You should stay with the mask for 5-10 minutes.
In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons honey, and pulse until fully combined.
Add 1/4 cup mixed berries, pureeing until smooth, then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Using your hands, apply mixture to a clean, dry face. Let mask sit 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse face thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
