Ingredients (2 servings)

– 1 lettuce
– half of a red cabbage (about 400 – 500g)
– 1 carrot
– 1 bell pepper
– some cherry tomatoes
– 100 g smoked salmon
– a handful of croutons
– 150 g yogurt
– 15-20 pitted olives
– salt, pepper, oregano
– 2 to 3 tablespoons oil
– some lemon juice

Finely chop the cabbage and the lettuce. Cut the carrot into small sticks and the pepper into strips. In a large salad bowl, toss together the cabbage, the lettuce, the carrot and the pepper.
Recipe Caesar Salad with Salmon2Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice and mix them. In a small bowl whisk together the yoghurt, oil, salt, pepper, oregano and sliced olives.

We place the vegetable mixture on a plate, add some tomato halves, add 2-3 tablespoons of dressing, sprinkle croutons and slices of smoked salmon on top.
