6. Muammar Al-Gaddafi
Shortly after taking the power in 1969, Muammar Gaddafi has initiated a terror reign in which all his political opponents were executed. Many known political leaders disappeared without trace and their bodies have never been found. The dictator himself used to assist the torture and executions. He encouraged and financially supported the regimes fighting against Western countries. Besides money, he indulged his soldiers giving them drugs and allowing to rape more women. Gaddafi is a victim of the Arab Spring and was killed in 2011 after rebel troops invaded his hometown.
