4. Joseph Stalin
Stalin, whose name means “Man of Steel”, killed over 20 million people during the oppressive regime., Stalin created a five-year program that has had disastrous effects on farmers in the USSR. The collectivization of agriculture led to the killing of more than 14 million peasants who tried to resist this process.
After escaped from the farmers problem, Stalin turned his attention to his party members who could be plotting against him. Mass executions series called “Great Purge” imply the murder of a million intellectuals and deportation to forced labor camps of another 10 million Russians.
