1. Meat, fish and eggs
Humans, like animals, ate more food of animal origin during their evolution.
Meat, fish and eggs are rich in nutrients, proteins, are an excellent source of healthy saturated fat and keep hunger. Processed meat is very harmful and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances. I recommend unprocessed meat from animals fed with grass if possible. This meat is rich in A.L.C. (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) – a fat that paradoxically accelerates losing weight while keeping the muscle.
Regarding eggs, choose those from country chicken, fed with grass and less grain. Eat the whole egg (including the yolk) because it is one of the most nutritive food that you cannot avoid.
