2. Fruits and vegetables
Fruits, especially vegetables are by far the best food for lose weight. They have significant amounts of micronutrients like C vitamin, which you can not be obtained in sufficient amount from meat. Regarding fruit, it would be a good idea for those who want to lose more weight to be limited to 1-2 per day because they have a considerable amount of carbohydrates. For those who dosen`t want to lose weight, I recommend to eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, preferably organic if possible.
