3. Fermented dairy products
They are a good food for lose weight. Choose fat dairy, not those 0% fat because it are highly processed and not nutritious. Eat fermented cheese, fat yogurts(10% fat), butter and avoid milk powder. In their “fat” form, the dairy products have K2 vitamin, which drastically reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. Caution though the quantity eaten; do not eat more than you need.
